Ania, also known as Shakti, is a licensed somatic psychotherapist specializing in trauma. She is also Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner ( Dr. Gabor Mate Approach) group facilitator, international yoga and mindfulness teacher with a diverse background including individuals with trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, loss and relationship problems. Shakti integrates her extensive training and intuitive abilities to guide individuals and groups towards profound healing and freedom from limiting beliefs.

Her offerings include Kundalini Yoga, a powerful form of yoga that combines movement, breathwork, and meditation to awaken your inner True Self. She also facilitates Healing Circles, where you can connect with a like-minded community and experience profound healing. She has trained with Dr. Gabor Mate's in order to guide humanity to heal from childhood trauma.
