From the time she was a child Cara Lynn received messages, premonitions, and visitations. When she had an NDE (Near Death Experience), in the 70’s, another realm was revealed to her, and particular gifts were unlocked. While growing up she was labeled with the term “hypochondriac.” However, it was two decades ago that she learned, from a healer, that she wasn’t suffering from hypochondria- rather, she was an empath. Cara Lynn has since learned to use her empathic abilities to help others and does so in her work. Cara Lynn is an empathic Renaissance Healer and a Deep Relaxation Specialist. She is an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master/Teacher, and an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master Instructor, trained & certified by the noted Stevan J. Thayer, PhD. She is certified by the Weiss Institute as a Past Life Regressionist & Progressionist, having been educated and certified by the internationally distinguished Dr. Brian Weiss. Cara Lynn is also a certified Mindfulness Instructor, having studied under famed Will and Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD. She has worked in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), and is a Mission Be & Learn to BREATHE trained educator. She was instructed and certified by renowned Charles Virtue, and is a Master of Angel Therapy and Angelic Mediumship. Cara Lynn is trained as a Qigong practitioner by the internationally regarded Master Robert Peng. She has also begun her training in Eden Energy Medicine. Cara Lynn is a trained and certified EFT practitioner, (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as “tapping” or “emotional acupuncture.”) In addition to being a NYS Certified Consulting Hypnotist, and a member of NGH, she is an ambassador for Pax Angelica, the international Peace Angels Project. Cara Lynn is appreciative of all her teachers, especially her Spiritual Mentor and coach, Pat Longo, for their gracious support, direction, and guidance.

Barbara is known for her years as a Spiritual Teacher, as well as a Soul Coach. She is an Intuitive Energy Healer, a certified Master Practitioner of Usui Reiki, and is certified as an Advanced IET, (Integrated Energy Therapy) practitioner. In addition to these, Barbara is a NYS certified consulting Hypnotist, and held a membership in the NHG. She has also studied Spirituality and Metaphysics with some of the area’s most notable Spiritual teachers: Carol Deniker, Lorraine Austin, Sandy Guarnotta, Anna Miranda, and Maria Deesy, to name a few. Barbara is known for her guided meditations which are inspired by "Spirit." She has also been gifted with numerous channeled messages, from Spirit, many of which have translated into articles. Barbara's authored articles, in The Exuberant Soul, are primarily focused on motivational soul healing, self-love, self- help, and improving one's self-worth. You may have read some of her published works in the monthly periodic ACES magazine. In addition to this, Barbara is well known for her WhiteLight 1111, Relax Me Monday's, where, as owner and cofounder, she arranged for weekly spiritual presentations for the growing interested public. Each week Barbara hosted presenters in various areas of metaphysics, gifting the opportunity for anyone interested to experience individuals who were specialists in their fields. Barbara was also responsible for organizing and executing several full day seminars, titled Music Meets Spirituality. These days were filled with lectures, guided meditation, and sound healing with live music. Barbara is known for arranging the Cruise to Enlightenment! A Royal Caribbean cruise filled with everything from inspiring, motivational presentations and energy healings to psychic readings! It's been said to be "...the most elevated Spiritual cruise to Bermuda!"
