Spirit Flow

Join a somatic psychotherapist, kundalini yoga healer - Anya for Spirit Flow. The class offers a unique

approach to discover how to heal your body, mind and awaken to a deeper sense of self so you can

live a life of peace, happiness and fulfillment. You will be guided into a deep experience via kundalini yoga and specific medication for mental health. At the end of the class, you will feel empowered and relaxed. The class is designed for anyone. 

1 hour class consists of:

Meditation for Mental Health
